WORK-BASED LEARNING

In collaboration with Rochester City School District, we provide urban youth with workable learning experiences and job readiness training. This program, made possible by the City of Rochester, is sponsored by ESL Community Impact Equity Grant and ARPA Peace Collective.

WHAT THIS PROGRAM DOES

  • Gives students opportunities to develop life skills, explore careers through on-the-job training, and prepare for post-secondary education

  • Helps students with physical and learning disabilities develop transferable skills to the workplace

  • Assist schools and families with meaningful, culturally responsive opportunities to actively support youth learning development

Who: Rochester City School District students ages 14 - 18
