We are seeking passionate, dedicated Youth Counselors to join our summer enrichment program designed for students aged 6 to 15. Youth Counselors will play a crucial role in creating a supportive and engaging environment, ensuring that participants have a meaningful and enriching summer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor program participants, fostering a safe and inclusive atmosphere
Lead and assist in educational, recreational, and creative activities aligned with the program’s mission
Ensure students adhere to program guidelines and maintain appropriate conduct.
Collaborate with fellow counselors and program coordinators to enhance daily activities.
Monitor student engagement and address any concerns or conflicts in a constructive manner
Uphold safety standards and emergency procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous camp or childcare experience preferred
Energetic, responsible, and adaptable to dynamic program needs
Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for diverse backgrounds
Ability to professionally and ethically represent Agape Haven and its mission to staff, families, and community

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Teacher to guide and inspire students aged 6 to 15 in our Adventures in STEAM Summer Enrichment program. The Lead Teacher will design and implement engaging educational activities that foster creativity, critical thinking, and skill development, ensuring a positive and enriching summer experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead educational programming aligned with the program’s goals.
Create lesson plans that engage students in diverse learning experiences.
Collaborate with Youth Counselors to create a dynamic and supportive learning environment.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom atmosphere.
Monitor student progress and engagement, offering support where needed.
Communicate with Camp Director and families as necessary to support student development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in education, child development, or a related field preferred.
Prior teaching experience, preferably in an enrichment or summer program setting.
Passion for working with youth and fostering a love for learning.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Social Worker to support students aged 6 to 15 in our summer enrichment program. This role will focus on providing emotional and social guidance, fostering a safe and positive environment, and ensuring students receive the resources and support they need to thrive throughout the summer.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide social-emotional support and guidance to students facing challenges
Conduct individual and group discussions to foster resilience, self-esteem, and interpersonal skills
Collaborate with Youth Counselors and Lead Teachers to identify students needing additional support
Develop and implement strategies to promote a healthy and inclusive program atmosphere
Serve as a liaison between students, families, and program staff to address concerns
Offer referrals and connect families with local resources as needed
Uphold program policies and maintain confidentiality in all student interactions
Qualifications:
Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Previous experience working with children, youth, or community programs
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to build trust and rapport with students from diverse backgrounds
Knowledge of child development and trauma-informed care practices
Licensed social worker (preferred but not required).
